Resetting Passwords

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it then send an email to our accounts team and they will issue you with the new login details.

To be sent a reminder of your current login details or to ask for it to be reset (if for example there has been a change of personnel within the Council) then please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with details of your request. Don't forget to include your Parish Name and Parish Online username as this will help us find your account details quickly.

All password requests are typically responded to within 1 working day.

 User Manager Module Users

If your account has the User Manager Module bolt-on then it is the responsibility of the nominated account Administrator to reset & reissue passwords for the additional users on your account. They can do this by using the menu provided in the control panel of Parish Online.

Our staff only have the ability to reset the Administrator Password unless granted access to login to the account and change details of another user.
