WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU WITH TODAY?

I'm having problems logging into Parish Online, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with logging into Parish Online, it is likely that it is being caused by one of the following reasons:

  • Your browser has saved an older version of Parish Online or some data from your previous session
  • You have entered the login details incorrectly
  • Your subscription has expired
  • You are using an incorrect web address to access Parish Online

Please check the following solutions to see if you can solve the issue before contacting our support team.

Solution 1: Make sure you are accessing Parish Online by going to www.parish-online.co.uk (you may be redirected to the login page from here, but this process helps clear any data from previous sessions)

Solution 2: Check your Parish Online subscription details to ensure that your account is active and that your login details are correct. We recommend that you type your Username and Password in manually as using the copy & paste method can often add hidden characters that will fail the login process.

Solution 3: Clear the cache from your web browser. Cache is data that is stored by your browser each time you visit a website so that if you visit it again it doesn't have to reload all the same information. Unfortunately this sometimes causes issues with Parish Online, but is easily fixed.
