Hand over Parish records to new Clerk

This is a simple one, but through providing our Parish Online service, we've seen how information can easily get lost.

We've had reports of asset records being held in paper form at the home of the Clerk, or it even being held in memory and not even written down. This is obviously bad practice and not conducive to a professional Council operation.

The solution is to store records about your street assets, owned land, playground sites, street lights etc within Parish Online. If these records are in structured layers then no only can the next Clerk access them as soon as they start their role, they contain the location and detail that they need to do their job.

It's therefore critical to ensure the Parish Online account is handed over during the Clerk handover process.
