We've had another packed month, from attending events, giving Parish Online a refresh, uploading new icons for the digital asset register and finalising details for Tuesdays YouTube Live training broadcast.

Upcoming Online Training Session
A reminder to everyone that we are holding a YouTube Live broadcasting on December 3rd at 10:00 - 11:00. We will be talking about the main uses and basic features of Parish Online, creating digital asset registers and a Q&A where we will be answering any questions you ask during it.

Events and Training Days
This month we attended several events including a training day for Rother Association of Local Councils.
A list of events we attended:
- National Association of Local Councils (NALC) - where we shared a stand with BHIB Councils Insurance and discussed the main features and functions of Parish Online.
- Warwickshire and West Midlands Association of Local Councils (WALC) - where we discussed Parish Online to several people who are interested in starting a subscription.
- Devon Association of Local Councils (DALC) - where we held a presentation speaking about parish mapping.
- Lastly, East Riding and Northern Lincolnshire Local Council Association (ERNLLCA) - where we also shared a stand with BHIB Councils Insurance.

New and Updated Icons for Asset Register
Following several requests for new and updated icons, we've created around 100 icons with a choice of colours. If there are any icons that you would like to see then let us know
User Interface Updates
We made some changes to the XMAP user interface, most are subtle changes which you shouldn't really notice, just a general refresh to improve the overall experience of the software.
The biggest changes are:
- The Power icon has changed to a Cog icon.
- The Admin Panel buttons have changed so they are more appropriate for what they do.
- In the AddressBase Search the button for Advanced Search is below the results.
- Added button in the footer that allows you to switch off all layers apart from the basemap.
- There is an enhanced colour picker for styling.
These changes are intended to make the use of Parish Online easier and more intuitive.
