Our Response Times
Typical Response Time: less than 24 hours. Due to the nature of working primarily with public sector, at busy times this may be slightly longer. As a small team, events and leave may affect these response times.
Complaints Procedure: You can write to us to make a complaint at any time during your subscription term and up to 6 months after a lapsed subscription. Simply email support@parish-online.co.uk explaining the issues you experienced and we'll endeavour to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Reporting Abuse of our Services: If you become aware of our services being used beyond their intended use, or if they have bugs or issues, please email support@parish-online.co.uk and we'll escalate the issue immediately. This applies to our digital mapping software as well as any other service such as website provision, email hosting and domain hosting.
