Our response times
Typical Response Time: less than 24 hours. Due to the nature of working primarily with public sector, at busy times this may be slightly longer. As a small team, events and leave may affect these response times.

Common support issues
Why can't I log in?
If you're having problems logging in there are a variety of reasons for this.
It's usually a problem with your password so passwords can be reset from the login page by clicking on 'Reset Password'.

How do I style a layer?
We love good-looking maps, so our Styling tool helps you change the colours and labels as you like.
The Styling tool is found when you hover over the layer in the Layer Control and click on the Cog icon.
You can even dynamically style objects based on the text you've stored within them. This is called "Styling by Class".
How do I get Local Authority data loaded?
We know that Local Authorities hold information that isn't publicly available but would be immensely useful to Local Councils.
We'll load up any datasets that Local Authorities provide us with, as long as it's for the whole Local Authority area, not just within your Parish Boundary.
