We provide an easy-to-use admin panel which allows structured news, meetings, finance and village information to be added by you and your colleagues without fuss.

This interface evolves over time, so as new legal requirements appear, you’re covered.

The Government Digital Service have design guidelines for website accessibility.

Your site connects to your Parish Online Mapping account to ensure the maps you create can be published easily on your website, without duplication or coding.

When you add information to your mapping account, it can be configured to automatically appear on your website.

Gold standard usability and accessibility

Your website will be WCAG 2.2 AA and some elements are AAA meaning you’re well above the Assertion 10 requirements in the SAPPP Practitioners’ Guide.

Your choice of email system

We include our Parish Online Email system (RRP £260) completely free for all website customers.

However, if you already use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any other system, you can opt out of our mail platform, and we’ll configure your domain name so it uses that instead.

Content Migration included

Switching to a new website service is inconvenient at best! So, we’ve made life easier by making sure all your key content from your old site is transferred over. So your site is compliant from day 1.

This gives you the option for having a spring clean and deciding what else needs to be transferred over.

This transfer process is completely free.

Pricing

We like to keep our pricing simple.

You pay one annual subscription to the service, which will be between £300 – £600 ex vat per year, depending on the size of your council. Use the form below to get a quote.

The only add-ons we have are for:

Hosting and forwarding of traffic from old domains, e.g. an ORG.UK one. £25 ex vat per year.
Additional storage or Cloud Office functionality for your email system.

We only start charging for your annual subscription when we have your site built.
