Your Workplace licence comes with Vault, our secure password manager that works on all your devices.

A password manager safely stores your passwords and TFA codes and auto-fills them for the websites you visit.

It’s better than storing passwords in Chrome as Vault isn’t associated with your personal account, instead it’s associated with your GOV.UK address.

This makes transition between clerks much more seamless.

Vault also checks for vulnerabilities such as compromised or weak passwords.

Mobile apps and document scanner

You don’t have to be at your desk to access your documents and emails. Workplace comes with a range of mobile apps.

Plus, with the document scanner, you can use your phone to upload colour-corrected documents into WorkDrive (because if your scanner is like ours, it takes 10 minutes to remember it’s a scanner!).
